Why does the Cover Flow view show the file as an icon instead of its thumbnail image?

In the Cover Flow view and the Info window, you can see a thumbnail of the file if the catalog data was generated with the "Generate Thumbnail Images" option in the scan preferences panel.

In the Cover Flow view, you can also see a thumbnail of the file when the disc is online.

The list of supported file types is below.

	Supported File Types
Images	GIF .gif JPEG .jpg .jpeg PNG .png
Audio and Movies	MP3 (Album Cover) .mp3 M4P (Album Cover) .m4p QuickTime Movie .mov

* Some minor versions or options of the formats are not supported.
